I captured this street corner scene in Rimini, Italy in the early afternoon. I was enamored by the city's preserved historical streets that exuded vibrant patterns. A cozy town with narrow streets always inspires me to paint. This 12" x 9" is one of my works with oil that gave me the chance to explore and into the beauty within the shadows. I chose deep saturated colors to boldly represent the rich cultural heritage of Europe. This painting was selected as Bold Brush Jury's Favorite in 2020.
